St. George's Day Celebration

This year’s St George’s Day Celebrations are being hosted by the District on Sunday 24th April, and will be held at the Jubilee Wood Camp Site.

Further Information has been sent out to all Groups, and we look forward to members joining us. We have highlighted some information below:

Car Parking - Car sharing is to be encouraged and we ask that everyone to observe the traffic management system that is in place and follow instructions of the marshals. For safety please understand there should be no dropping off or picking up in the entrance lay-by or on the A350.

Activities:

Beavers – Easter Egg Hunt

Cubs – Team Work Activity

Scouts – Knotting & Ropes

Explorers – Trails

The District would like all participants to wear uniform to and during the event with suitable footwear e.g. hiking boots or wellington boots.
